1. Eligibility

- Points can be earned for each qualifying purchase made on the site or through our retail stores.
- Points cannot be transferred between accounts.
2. How to Earn Points
- Earn 1 loyalty point for every $10 spent on eligible products.
- Points are automatically credited to your account once the purchase is confirmed.
- Special promotions may offer additional points for certain products or during specific periods.
3. How to Use Your Points
- Loyalty points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases.
- 100 points = $10 discount.
- You must accumulate at least 100 points to redeem them.
- Points cannot be redeemed for cash or gift cards and can only be applied to product purchases.
4. Expiration of Points
- Points expire after 12 months of inactivity. If no points are earned or redeemed within 12 months, your points balance will be reset.
5. Exclusions
- Points are not earned on shipping fees, taxes, or other service charges.
- Certain products may be excluded from earning or redeeming points, as specified on product pages.
6. Refunds and Returns
- If you return a product for which points were awarded, the corresponding points will be deducted from your loyalty balance.
- In cases where points have already been redeemed on returned products, we reserve the right to adjust your balance.
7. Changes to the Program
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or through our website.
